• » Team of Engineers will be available in your facility on 24 x7 basis.
• » Prepare the Annual Maintenance Calendar and Maintenance check list.
• » Execute the Preventive Maintenance as per schedule.
• » Prepare the Time Based Maintenance check list and execute the same.
• » Attend the breakdown complaints round the clock.
• » Plan the spares requirement, identify the quality suppliers, release PO and maintain the stock level in stores.
• » Study the repeated complaints and horizontal deployment of corrective action.
• » Maintain the ISO/TS records and maintain the MTTR/MTBF/ Idle hours target.
• » Coordinate with production / quality department and implement the possible requests for quality / productivity improvement.
